What's a Podcast?

The word podcast is a combination of the words "iPod" and "broadcast." And, no you don't need an iPod to listen to them. The way it works is you subscribe to a feed and the files are automatically saved to your computer according to a schedule you specify. You can then listen to these audio programs at your convenience either on your computer or on a portable device, if you have one. Most podcasts, including ours, are absolutely 100% free.

For more info I recommend this site: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Podcasting

Or you can try Google:

How can I listen to the SDS Podcast?

Here's the easiest way, but there are others. First, download and install iTunes (version 4.9 or higher) for free if you don't already have it. Then, click this button:

If the button doesn't work for you then launch iTunes and click the "Music Store" option on the left side of the screen. Select the dropdown arrows on the "Choose Genre" option and select "Podcasts" form the dropdown menu, then "Movies & Television" under the main menu on that next page. Then scroll down to the S's to "SaveDisneyShows.org" all that's left to do is click the "subscribe" button.

iTunes will then download the podcast files that you can play on your computer by clicking on then (once they've downloaded). Easy as that.

If you can't run iTunes on your computer, then you can try one of these web based podcast services:
add to my PodNova

Since Maxthon now supports Podcasting, you can add the feed manually using this link.

I still have questions.

Well then I'd love to help you. Send an email to podcast@savedisneyshows.org for a prompt reply. You can also use that address if you'd like to contribute to the podcast.
