Save Disney Shows Week!

November 27th - December 3rd, 2007
Q: What is SDS Week?
A: SDS week is a seven day "umbrella" event that will run from November 27th until December 3rd. Each of the sub-event has an individual theme that reflects a part of the overal SDS site. These events are outlined below:

  • Event One (November 27th) is Save WITCH day #6 and should get SDS week off to a magical start!

  • Event Two (November 28th) is our biggest Save Jake Long Day ever! And we expect to set a new email record on this day.

  • Event Three (November 29th) is Kim Possible Legacy Day #6. The Fight for five and the quest for Boxsets continue.

  • Event Four (November 30th through December 3rd) is another Save Lilo & Stitch Weekend Bash.

  • A few notes about concerns some have raised that others might bring up.

First, we understand concerns about diluting the effort of our supporters, but I think we can pull off a week without any negative affects as long as we space the events out enough.

Second, the missions to save each show are already "jumbled up." Disney threw everything together, and if you focus on one show too much you'll miss the bigger picture. This is a good way to help unite fandoms on SDS.

Also, if you really only want to work to save one show, then just participate in that show's day or use the whole week for your show. I would appreciate it if you supported all the shows, but that decision is up to you.
